•To achieve set sales targets and perform according to the plan set for all marketing, promotional and sales related activities

Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products and keep abreast of competitor information

Recording sales and submitting daily/weekly/monthly report to designated seniors

Constant interaction with customers and prospective customers through phone, email, visits etc. This will include actual selling, trouble shooting, dealing personally with customers whenever such need arises

Maintaining loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits/calls, as instructed

Liaison with the Operations team to ensure that the best available routing with the best available fare is quoted to the client

Staffing trade exhibitions and demonstrations
