We are a leading IT Recruitment consultants to PCS Technologies, Patni, TCS, Mphasis, Wipro BPO,Convergys and a host of other IT and ITES clients. We currently need Technical Support Executives for our client WIPRO , BELAPUR(Navi Mumbai) for their INBOUND Process, Microsoft Dynamics CRM for SQL Sever.

For Navi Mumbai , WIPRO, (Technical Processes VOICE based, Dynamics CRM-Microsoft SQL Server)the candidates should be willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.

Salary : ranges from 2.5L to 3.L pa

SQL Server Profile Required

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

o Excellent demonstrated customer service skills

o Solid communications skills

o Problem solving skills

o Technical writing skills

o Graduate or HSC plus 6 Months of senior admin or 12 months of junior admin experience

o Working Knowledge on at least one of the Windows® Server Operating Systems and one of the following SQL Server.

o Ability to work in a fast paced environment and Night Shifts

o Works well in a team environment

o English proficiency

o Effective learning skills

o Graduate plus 1-2 years experience in technical support or MIS in an Enterprise environment. Ability to properly use all Search tools on the Internet like Google, MS KB Articles and Intranet Resources to troubleshoot customer issues

o Ability to search and understand KB articles Demonstrated technical competence with Microsoft Windows Server version 2000 and 2003

o Ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.

o Strong organizational, time management, project management, and negotiation skills.

o MCP Certified in at least one of the Windows® Server Operating Systems and SQL Server.
