The PHP Developer should be/have,
Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
Hands-on experience on PHP based framework CMS like Joomla, Magneto, Symphony etc.
Good Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Skills ( PHP5 ).
Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks
Some knowledge of the Linux command line
Must write efficient code with documentation.
Able to Manage In-house as well as Client Projects.
Must have leadership qualities and good communication skills, posses a good attitude and be self-disciplined
